01 — The card

The Monday to Wednesday menu.

Four lines, three of them half an hour and one an hour, priced for the first three days of the week. These are the studio's own weekday rates rather than menu prices, which is why the phone is the way in: none of the four appears in the online booking catalogue, and the $50 and $80 you will find there are the everyday numbers.

Best value

All three together — $148 for 90 minutes

The three half hours in one appointment. $49 plus $50 plus $49 is exactly $148, and three thirty-minute sessions are exactly 90 minutes — so the block is the sum of its parts, not a discount on them. What it buys you is one booking and one drive.

02 — In the room

What the weekday spa specials actually are.

Neck & Shoulder Massage

$49 / 30 min · Mon–Wed

Half an hour spent entirely above the shoulder blades — the trapezius ridge, the base of the neck, and the two points either side of the spine that a week at a desk reliably finds. You lie face down under a sheet and a licensed massage therapist sets the pressure with you before starting, then adjusts it whenever you say so. It is the shortest thing on the weekday card and the one people book on a lunch break.

Longer bodywork, any day of the week, is on the year-round massage menu.

Guasha Lifting Facial

$50 / 30 min · Mon–Wed

Guasha is a smooth-edged tool drawn along the face in slow repeated strokes, working out from the centre and up toward the temple and hairline. The half hour covers a cleanse and the strokework itself. One thing worth knowing before you call: on the studio's standard menu the Guasha Lifting Facial is only priced inside a package, so Monday to Wednesday is where it is sold on its own.

The two Guasha lines that run every day are the packages it is otherwise sold in.

Hair Shampoo Wash & Blow Dry

$49 / 30 min · Mon–Wed

A wash at the head spa basin and a blow-dry to finish — the two ends of a full basin session without the long scalp work in the middle. You are face-up the whole time with warm water running. If you have never been in, it is the least expensive way to find out whether you like the basin before you give it an hour.

The hour it is a shortened version of is described in the Japanese-style head spa guide.

Guasha Lifting Facial

$99 / 60 min · Mon–Wed

The flyer marks this one new. It is the same technique given twice the clock, which buys a longer cleanse and a slower pass over each section rather than anything extra bolted onto the end. Sixty minutes, one guest, and the only weekday line that is not thirty.

For skin and scalp in one appointment, read the facial and head spa guide.

03 — At a glance

The weekday spa specials, timed and priced.

The last row is the one to read twice. The $95 Signature Head Spa is also a weekday offer, it is on the online menu, and it runs Monday to Friday — two days wider than the flyer's window. Every basin tier and every everyday rate sits on the Redmond head spa price guide.

04 — Getting one

Booking a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday slot.

Four steps, and the first one is the only one that differs from an ordinary booking. If you would rather ask a person about any of it first, the contact page has the number and the hours it is answered, and the garage approach is drawn out step by step.

  1. Call and name the line

Ring (425) 497-9700 and say which of the four you want, or say "all three" for the $148 block. The desk needs the name because these prices sit on the studio's own card rather than in the online catalogue.

  2. Pick a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday

Any of the three, any time the doors are open. A 30-minute slot is easy to place late; the 90-minute block is not, so ask for it earlier in the day if you can.

  3. Park under the block and bring the ticket

Two entrances, one off NE Shen St between the Aloft and Element buildings and one off 152nd Ave NE. The front desk validates the ticket, so the parking costs nothing.

  4. Say anything the therapist should know

Conditions, injuries, medication, allergies, pregnancy, and anything on your skin or scalp that is changing. It shapes what happens in the room, and it matters as much on a thirty-minute session as on a long one.

Worth saying plainly

Massage and scalp care may help with relaxation and everyday muscle tension, and a thirty-minute session is offered on that basis and no other. NCCIH's overview of massage therapy is straight about where the evidence is thin, and its consumer guidance covers what to raise with a practitioner and when to ask a doctor first. Mayo Clinic files this kind of appointment under relaxation techniques for stress management rather than treatment. None of this treats a medical condition, and nothing here substitutes for medical care.

05 — Questions

Questions about the weekday spa specials.

  • What days do the weekday spa specials run?

Monday to Wednesday. The four lines on the flyer — the $49 neck and shoulder massage, the $50 half-hour Guasha Lifting Facial, the $49 shampoo wash and blow dry, and the $99 hour-long Guasha — are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. The separate $95 Signature Head Spa runs Monday to Friday, which is a wider window and a different offer.

  • Is $148 for all three cheaper than booking them one at a time?

No, and the studio does not claim it is. $49 plus $50 plus $49 comes to exactly $148, and 30 plus 30 plus 30 minutes comes to exactly 90. What the block buys is one appointment and one drive instead of three, which is the same thing the Relaxing Packages on the main menu buy.

  • Can I book the weekday special online?

Not through the online booking catalogue — none of the four lines is on it, so the page would show you the standard menu instead. Call (425) 497-9700 and ask for the weekday card. Walk-ins are welcome too, subject to what is free when you arrive.

  • Can I use this with the Rewards Special?

No — one offer at a time. The Rewards Special cannot be combined with another discount, promotion, coupon or package deal, and that includes this one. If you are holding both and are not sure which leaves you better off on the day, say so at the desk before you pay.

  • When does the weekday offer end?

The flyer does not say, so this page does not either. Ask at the desk, or call (425) 497-9700. It is the same rule the booking policy runs on: a date invented here is a date the studio would have to honour a year later, and nobody has confirmed one.

  • Is the Guasha Lifting Facial on the regular menu?

Only inside a package. The standard menu prices it paired with a head spa or a back massage — the 90-minute Signature Head Spa and Guasha Lifting Facial is $140 — and never on its own. The weekday card is the exception, at $50 for thirty minutes or $99 for sixty.

Anything the flyer does not answer belongs to the front desk rather than to this page — the same rule the Rewards Special and the booking policy run on. Call and it takes ten seconds.

Ten to ten, seven days a week.

Three of those days cost less. Call and name the line you want — the weekday card is not on the online booking menu, so the phone is the fastest route to it.
